VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa yoga is a yoga style which combines asanas (postures) in a dynamic way, from one to another using the breath. Some people also call it "flow" yoga because of the movement of the body. Usually, Vinyasa lessons are usually faster than Hatha Yoga lessons, in which positions are held for longer.

The name of Vinyasa comes from two Sanscrit words: "Vi" which means "Variation" and the suffix "Nyasa", "within prescribed parameters".

Vinyasa classes in Hampi last 1.5 hours and include a warm-up, asanas, pranayama and meditation at the end. After the yoga session you feel energized and, at the same time, relaxed.
