YOGA COURSES IN HAMPI
We offer one week of multi-style yoga courses in Hampi. It will help you to get deeper and learn about yoga practice.

The courses lasts for 7 days (usually from Monday to Sunday, both included). During the course, you will learn Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pranayamas (breathing exercices) and different Meditation techniques. It will help to be able to practice on your own once the course is finished and it will help your body to relax, build strength and flexibility.

Morning lesson - VINYASA YOGA: 8.30am - 10.00am.

Evening lesson - HATHA YOGA: 4.30pm - 6pm.
